Keasbey Nights equals pretty damn good. But for those who still may not know: it's the debut album that had Tomas Kalnoky, Jamie Egan and Josh Ansley who would later form Streetlight Manifesto. With that in mind, ya really can't compare this record with other Catch 22 albums cause they lost nearly half their lineup. An awesome record all around. Full of anthems, hooks, and fast paced lyrics and tempos. Way better than the Streetlight version that was released a while back. More energy and less produced giving it a raw vibe. Almost every song is great but some are easily skipped: "Kristina..." for example. Vinyl I got came in white. best song: pretty much a 4 way tie. "Dear Sergio", "Keasbey Nights" and "On & On & On", "12341234". Good from start to finish!

A classic ska/punk record as far as I'm concerned. I liked this record so much I had to pick it up on LP and to my surprise it was on a nice clear blue. Great buy for $7 so if you're a fan of poppy ska/punk or Catch 22 get this now! It's bar-none their best record they ever put out so check it out now on colored vinyl!

Of course we all know that this LP is legendary and amazing in every way, so all I can add is I think the LP and packaging are well put together, mine came on white. :)

Keasbey Nights, although it isn't Catch 22's best record (most over rated, possibly, but not best), is still a great listen. The songs all have a different sound, so it doesn't sound too repetative.

Mine also came on white vinyl, and if I remember correctly, Victory's website said they are all pressed on white. (Alone In The Crowd comes pressed on a few different colors, though)

This is the classic ska-punk album of the 90's. Every song is well-written. With all the generic third wave ska out there, this album stands above them all. Catchy melodies and horn parts are thrown at you in every song. My copy came on white vinyl, but I know they also come on red and blue. I don't listen to any other Catch 22 albums but this one. Without Tomas, I find them to be just another generic band.

Hell yeah!!! I don't think Keasbey is as good as Dinosaur Sounds, i wish Dino Sounds would be available on like green vinyl or something like that. But it's not, so i picked this up. It doesn't come with any artwork, and it just came on white vinyl....which is still pretty cool. It has a great sound to come out of a record player, awesome ska!

Classic album, you can't go wrong with it. Ever single song is a masterpiece. This album always comes back into the rotation, and t has been for the past several years.

If you know enough about ska-punk to have pulled up Catch-22, I shouldn't have to explain this album to you. But just in case you haven't heard this album, I have to tell you this like the perfect ska-punk album. Kristina is the only bad track I can think of on this album. Key tracks are: Dear Sergio, Sick and Sad, Walking Away, Supernothing, 9mm and a Three Piece Suit, and 1234 1234/.

This album is, in fact, the best ska record ever released.

Now I have this album in three differen't froms. On CD by both Catch 22 and Streetlight Manifesto, and now on Vinyl. This is still an amazing record almost 10 years later.

it seems a bit superfluous for me to be reviewing this album because im sure youve all heard it or heard great things about it and if you havent youre missing out BIG TIME! this is the pinnacle of third wave ska. please please please buy this before streetlights reissure if you dont already have it. sure the recording is much better on streetlights disc but this is the original guys. catch 22's version sounds much more energetic and passionate, which im guessing is due to the fact that the songs were 8+ years old by the time tomas went back to the studio to record these songs for the new keasby nights. if catch were a radio band every single song on here could be a hit single, plus the white vinyl i got is super rad.
